Flowtric Air — Pre-order Campaign​

Production start: After the pre-order campaign ends (approximately 2 weeks)
Estimated delivery: End of February – early March

By placing a pre-order, you reserve your Flowtric Air device and support the launch of the first production batch.​
Payment Terms​

All pre-orders require full upfront payment (100%).

By placing a pre-order, customers purchase the product at a 25% discounted pre-order price.

Payment is made online through a secure payment system.

The total amount includes the product price, shipping costs, and all applicable taxes.

Once payment is completed, the order is considered confirmed and reserved for the production batch.

Shipping Terms​

Delivery is estimated to take place from the end of February to early March, depending on production completion timelines.

The exact delivery date may change due to production or logistical factors. In such cases, customers will be notified by email.

Shipping is available within Armenia only.

Shipping cost: 1,000 AMD for deliveries in Yerevan and all regions of Armenia.
Order Cancellation

After placing a pre-order, you can cancel your order by contacting us at info@flowtricenergy.com and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid within 10 business days.

If you cancel in late February or early March, after being notified by email that your product has arrived in Armenia and is being shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the product and then contact info@flowtricenergy.com to request a refund.

Refund policy​
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@flowtricenergy.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Yerevan, Mamikonyants 47, apt. 5, Arabkir 0051
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
